Vincent Hsiung graduated from China University of Political Science and Law with a BA Degree in 1998.
Before joining Hansheng Law Offices, Vincent Hsiung had worked for Long An Law Firm (Shanghai) and Shanghai Allbright Law Offices.
Vincent Hsiung has been practicing PRC laws for almost 20 years. He has rich experience in litigation and arbitration of difficult cases. His main practice areas include commercial real estate and construction projects, corporate law, intellectual properties and international commerce. He has achieved Independent Director Qualification of Listed Companies and Copyright Agent Qualification. He was a member of Intellectual Property Research Committee and International Trade Committee of Shanghai Bar Association.
